Choose for the work you actually do

Your plan sets the monthly credit allowance, campaign limit and staff seats. Credit use depends on the actions you run, their settings and how often you run them.

Pay as you go

Buy a credit pack without a monthly subscription. Purchased pack credits do not expire. Pay-as-you-go keeps one campaign; paid-plan agency features and staff allowances depend on a subscription.

Client reporting icon

Monthly subscription

Receive credits each month, add the campaigns and staff seats included in your plan, and use branded reports and client portals. Active subscribers receive 20% off credit packs.

Compare monthly SEO software plans.

Choose a plan around your client portfolio and workload. Client portal viewers do not count as staff seats. A campaign keeps one website’s research, content and results together.

Prices and allowances checked against sellersbay.io on 4 October 2026. Prices are in euro (EUR); VAT is not currently charged. Check the current offer and any currency conversion displayed before payment. Monthly billing. Check your account for the current billing period and renewal date.

Understand credits before choosing a plan.

Credits pay for supported actions such as generating product content, creating article drafts and refreshing research or keyword rankings. The amount shown for an action is more useful than a promise of unlimited usage.

Subscription credits

Unused subscription credits roll over while you remain subscribed, up to three times your monthly allowance. For example, Freelancer has 600 credits a month and a maximum subscription balance of 1,800 credits.

Purchased credit packs

Purchased pack credits do not expire and do not count towards the subscription rollover ceiling. View the available packs and their current prices in your account before buying. Active subscribers receive 20% off packs.

A simple budgeting example

Illustration, not a fixed usage quote: if your selected tracking action displays 3 credits per keyword per run, checking 20 keywords costs 20 × 3 = 60 credits. Four such runs use 240 credits. Five runs use 300 credits.

On a 600-credit allowance, four runs at that rate would leave 360 credits for other actions. That calculation does not include content generation, extra locations, research refreshes or other paid actions. Rates, settings and the number of runs can change the total; check the displayed cost before starting.

Example prepared 4 October 2026. Running more checks uses more credits; rankings are not guaranteed.

Ask Robert to walk through the credit costs for your own campaign during the free demo.

Pricing questions, answered.

Can I buy credits without a subscription?

Yes. Pay-as-you-go credit packs are available without a monthly subscription. Pack credits do not expire. A subscription provides its own monthly allowance, campaign and staff limits, and agency features.

What happens after the free trial?

The advertised sellersbay.io free trial lasts ten days and includes 100 credits, one campaign and one shared competitor / organic report. It does not require a card or automatically start a paid subscription when it ends. Buying a pack ends the trial and moves the account to pay as you go. A card-based checkout offer, if shown separately, has its own displayed terms.

How are credits charged?

The cost depends on the action, settings and volume. Keyword tracking charges per keyword per run; other actions can use a fixed amount or a cost based on the selected content or model. Review the cost shown in the app before running an action. A monthly plan does not make every action unlimited.

Do unused credits roll over?

Unused subscription credits roll over while subscribed, up to three times the monthly allowance. Purchased pack credits do not expire and do not count towards that ceiling. Trial credits are a separate credit grant with their own expiry terms.

Do client portal viewers use staff seats?

No. Staff seats are for teammates who access campaigns in the main app. Read-only client portal viewers do not count as staff seats. Choose a plan with enough campaigns and staff seats for your agency.

Is VAT added to these prices?

VAT is not currently charged by Seller’s Bay. The listed monthly prices are in EUR. Review the amount and currency displayed before payment, particularly if checkout offers currency conversion.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open Account → Billing in the app and choose Cancel subscription, then confirm. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid-plan access continues until the displayed Access ends date. See the Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy for the applicable conditions.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Credit packs can only be refunded if unused; statutory rights still apply. Read the current Return & Refund Policy or contact support about your specific payment.

Is the free demo the same as the app trial?

No. The demo is a free personal walkthrough with Robert Long, CEO of Seller’s Bay, booked through Zoom Scheduler. The trial gives a new account limited app access and credits. You can use the demo to understand the workflow and pricing before choosing how to start.

AGENCY SOFTWARE GUIDE

Start an SEO software comparison with the tasks your agency must complete. Compare the same campaign, data requirements, review steps and reporting outcome in each candidate. A long feature list is less useful than knowing how the software handles the work your team actually does.

Separate client campaigns icon

Make the comparison reproducible

Choose one test campaign, a small product or article task, a fixed keyword set and one client update. Record what you tested, the date, the plan and any limits that affected the result.

Our comparison method and disclosure

Seller’s Bay publishes this guide and sells the software described on this site. This is an evaluation framework, not an independent product ranking. The vendor examples below describe selected official capabilities reviewed on 4 October 2026. They are not an exhaustive feature inventory or proof that one product is best for every agency.

No invented scores, affiliate recommendations or estimated competitor prices are used. Confirm current access, terms and pricing directly with each vendor before buying.

Define the jobs you need the software to do

Separate research, content preparation, store updates, technical checks, rank tracking and client reporting. Mark which are essential now and which can remain in another tool. Record the platforms your clients use and the people who need access.

Research and technical work

Which countries and data sets matter? Do you need page-level competitor analysis, backlink exploration or a technical site crawl? Ask for a sample of the exact output.

Content and ecommerce

Do you need article planning, draft review or selected product-field delivery to Shopify or WooCommerce? Verify the destination fields and approval steps.

Reporting and collaboration

Which campaign data must the client see? Check brand settings, exports, permissions and the review process before a report is shared.

Use these criteria for every candidate

Create one evaluation row per criterion. Record your requirement, the tested outcome and any constraint. Use Pass, Needs another tool or Not tested only after checking the relevant workflow; an unchecked marketing claim should remain Not tested.

  1. Platform fit: named client platform, connection method and actual editable fields.
  2. Research fit: required market, source coverage and the distinction between estimates and measured data.
  3. Review control: where an editor approves work before external delivery.
  4. Tracking: agreed keyword set, location, dates and history.
  5. Client output: readable report, branding and permissions.
  6. Operating cost: plan fee, usage allowance, credits, seats and add-ons for the same workload.

Official vendor examples: different tools cover different jobs

These examples help you form a shortlist by task. A capability listed here does not establish that every plan includes it. Open the vendor source and test the workflow you need.

Ahrefs: research and tracking

Ahrefs lists Site Explorer, Rank Tracker and Report Builder among its tools. Test the relevant market coverage, competitor output and report requirements. Official Ahrefs tool list.

Semrush: research and reporting

Semrush describes agency research and reporting workflows. Its My Reports documentation lists configurable reports and recurring updates, with report-level purchases. Check the applicable product and limits. Official My Reports documentation.

Screaming Frog: technical crawling

The SEO Spider is a website crawler for common on-site SEO issues. Test the crawl, rendering configuration and issue review for the site in question. Official SEO Spider overview.

Seller’s Bay’s pages describe its current article workflow, connected product work, selected keyword checks and client reports. Use the same criteria when evaluating our app.

Calculate costs for the same workload

Write down the number of campaigns, products, articles, keywords, check frequency and staff who will use the account. Compare the included allowance with that workload. Confirm what happens when a limit is reached, whether an action spends credits, and whether recurring work can continue unexpectedly.

Include required seats and add-ons in the comparison. A low entry price may not cover the workload you need. For Seller’s Bay, see the current plans and credit options, then check the displayed cost before running a credit-based action.

Run a small trial with a clear acceptance checklist

Use one authorised client campaign or fictional sample. Agree the task and spending limit before testing. Inspect the actual output rather than counting buttons. Keep live store changes, messages and account permissions outside the trial unless they are explicitly approved.

Content test

Can the reviewer correct a fact, edit a field and understand the delivery destination? Record the finished draft and any handoff still needed.

Client update test

Can you explain the source, date and limits of a metric? Can the client view only the intended information? Record missing data honestly.

Choose the candidate that meets your essential requirements at a cost and review burden your team can support. If one task needs a specialist tool, record that dependency rather than pretending the main app handles it.

Questions, answered.

What are the best SEO tools for agencies?

The best fit depends on the client platforms, tasks, markets, reporting needs and team access. Use one test campaign and the same acceptance criteria across candidates before deciding.

Should I choose one all-in-one tool?

A shared workspace can simplify handoffs, but check the essential workflows individually. A specialist crawler or research tool may still be useful alongside your main campaign software.

How do I compare usage costs fairly?

Use the same workload and frequency. Include subscriptions, credits, seats, limits and required add-ons. Confirm the current terms with the vendor rather than comparing entry prices alone.

Is this an independent review of Seller’s Bay?

No. Seller’s Bay publishes the guide. The criteria are provided so you can evaluate our app and other candidates using observable outcomes.
