FAQS

A few things worth knowing.

Straightforward answers about setup, content, client work and credits.

Who is Seller’s Bay for?

Agencies and freelancers managing SEO for client websites and online stores. Each campaign keeps the client’s work together.

How can I get help?

Use the contact form or email support@sellersbay.com with your setup or product question.

Which platforms can I connect?

WooCommerce and Shopify for product work, WordPress for articles, and supported Google connections for campaign insights. Availability can depend on your plan.

Will AI changes go live automatically?

Generating a draft does not publish it. Review product changes before syncing them. Articles can be sent to WordPress as drafts.

How do credits work?

Credits pay for AI generation and supported data actions. You can buy packs without a subscription. Monthly plans include credits and access to additional features; buying credits alone does not unlock every tool. The app shows the cost before a chargeable action.

Can I try the app first?

Yes. The trial includes 10 days, 100 credits, one campaign and one competitor / organic report. No card is required and it does not become a paid subscription automatically.

What can my clients see?

Client portals provide read-only access to the campaign sections you choose to share. Your team remains responsible for managing the work.

Can my team work with me?

Eligible plans include staff seats and role-based access. Check the current plan details for the number of seats and campaigns included.
