FAQS

A few practical questions.

Know what stays in your control and how the workspace fits your client work. Explore the features and their roles, or ask about the right starting point.

Will changes publish automatically?

Generating content does not publish it. Review product changes before syncing approved updates. Articles can be sent to WordPress as drafts, with the final publishing step handled there.

Can I manage clients on different platforms?

Yes. Use separate campaigns for different client websites, with WooCommerce and Shopify connections for product work and WordPress for articles. Campaign limits depend on your plan.

Can clients see everything in my account?

No. Client portals are read-only, and you choose which campaign sections to share. Clients cannot spend credits, change store connections or access your billing through the portal.

Can I start with one campaign?

Yes. Start with one client website and the tools that fit its first priority. You can focus on content, product SEO or keyword tracking, then add other tasks as needed. Campaign and feature limits depend on your plan.
